Mediation

Mediation is a form of dispute resolution that helps two or more parties reach a satisfactory settlement.  As a mediator, I am a neutral third party who does not make decisions for the parties.  Instead, I work with parties to make their own decisions about their future, and to create a lasting agreement that reflects their wishes.  I work with parties to mediate in the following areas:

• Divorce / Legal Separation
• Parenting Plans / Parenting Plan Modification
• Child Support Orders / Child Support Modification
• Property Division
• Spousal Maintenance
• Third-Party Custody / Guardianship
• Marital or Pre-Marital Mediation
• Landlord / Tenant
• Neighbor Disputes
